在工作中，本人認(rèn)真負(fù)責(zé),，實(shí)事求是,，熱愛(ài)本職工作，具備較強(qiáng)的職責(zé)心,。20__年主要組織實(shí)施完成了以下工作：

1,、制定《20__年城市道路、橋梁巡查工作方案》,，以確保有效完成本處年度安排的工作任務(wù),，制定并實(shí)行《吉首市城區(qū)道路橋梁巡查觀測(cè)分工職責(zé)制》明確全組工作人員職職責(zé)務(wù)，各負(fù)其責(zé),。從深挖職工潛能，調(diào)動(dòng)職工用心性入手,，加大巡查和維護(hù)力度,，促進(jìn)道路、橋梁及市政公用設(shè)施安全的長(zhǎng)效管護(hù)工作,。

2,、及時(shí)組織修復(fù)缺損市政公用設(shè)施,，杜絕市政設(shè)施造成的不安全事故，確保市政設(shè)施的完好,、安全,、正常使用;其中更換、安裝污水檢查井,、雨水井485座(套),，維修人行護(hù)欄20余處共98根，更換損壞路緣石218米,，及時(shí)疏通不暢排水管道985m,，掏挖落水井1728座次。

3,、提高城市管理水平,，樹(shù)立市政管理形象。制止無(wú)證擅自占用或者挖掘城市道路52起及污水亂排亂放行為30起;處理,、回復(fù)人大代表,、政協(xié)委員提案3起和市民投訴45起。及時(shí)通知城市道路上的各類管線附屬設(shè)施缺損影響交通和安全的有關(guān)產(chǎn)權(quán)單位及時(shí)補(bǔ)缺,、修復(fù)共106起;

4,、從4月份開(kāi)始，組織人員對(duì)已提前介入對(duì)乾州經(jīng)濟(jì)開(kāi)發(fā)區(qū)管委會(huì)將要移交管理的乾州新區(qū)城市主次干道,、橋梁等市政配套公用設(shè)施進(jìn)行巡查和維護(hù)工作,。

5、城區(qū)南口綜合整治安排和《吉首市城區(qū)人行道提質(zhì)維修改造

實(shí)施方案》要求,，從20__年_月_日至9月_日,，聽(tīng)從領(lǐng)導(dǎo)安排組織實(shí)施口綜合整治違章建筑拆除后的渣土清運(yùn)、人行道基礎(chǔ)開(kāi)挖和平整等工作,。完成整平壓實(shí)人行道4067m,，鋪設(shè)人行道沙石26284.8，挖運(yùn)堆積土石方及建筑垃圾共13469.515m3,，基本到達(dá)人行道平整,、暢通、無(wú)障礙,。

6,、8月份，安排人員收集城區(qū)地下管線埋設(shè)分布現(xiàn)狀地管網(wǎng)及電子文檔資,，并整理歸檔,。目前已收集吉首供電局、湖南有線湘西分公司,、湖南省軍區(qū)國(guó)防動(dòng)員三級(jí)指揮網(wǎng)維護(hù)中心,、中國(guó)電信股份有限公司湘西分公司四家單位現(xiàn)有的管網(wǎng)信息資料,。為建立地下管網(wǎng)信息管理系統(tǒng)帶給真實(shí)、完整,、準(zhǔn)確的信息資料,，從而避免施工時(shí)對(duì)地下管線造成破壞，實(shí)現(xiàn)管線信息資源共享,。

7,、11月至12月份，按照市公用事業(yè)管理局要求,，組織人員對(duì)乾州經(jīng)濟(jì)開(kāi)發(fā)區(qū)缺失,、損壞的檢查井、雨水井進(jìn)行更換維修,，共更換,、維修檢查井65座(套)、雨水井118座(套),，清淤疏通220米下水道,。排除市政設(shè)施不安全隱患，維護(hù)維修道路設(shè)施,，取得了明顯效果,。

8、嚴(yán)格按照《城市道路管理?xiàng)l例》履行審批,、監(jiān)管職能,，需要臨時(shí)占用、開(kāi)挖城市道路的,，務(wù)必提出書面申請(qǐng)和帶給相關(guān)開(kāi)挖資料,，今年按程序?qū)彶楹细褶k理手續(xù)的破挖項(xiàng)目共82項(xiàng)。收取道路挖掘修復(fù)費(fèi)約6萬(wàn)多元,。有效提高城市道路管理工作,，有效保障了城市道路的完好。

9,、組織橋梁實(shí)施基本維護(hù)對(duì)各座橋梁泄水孔進(jìn)行清理疏通,，疏通泄水孔共計(jì)256處(次);對(duì)石家沖、鐘家寨大橋破損人行道板更換完成;

10,、安排人員對(duì)兩座人行鋼結(jié)構(gòu)天橋不銹鋼欄桿進(jìn)行維修8次共42根,，以保證過(guò)往行人的通行安全;

11、20__年啟動(dòng)緊急預(yù)案,，用心組織開(kāi)展應(yīng)急,、搶險(xiǎn)突發(fā)性工作6起。2月_日、3月_日,、12月_日分別對(duì)人民北路州交警支隊(duì)路段、南吉新路好吃街路面,、路基突然塌陷進(jìn)行應(yīng)急搶修;10月_日,、11月_日兩次對(duì)城區(qū)戀愛(ài)橋至電力橋路段處健身坡山體滑坡做好搶險(xiǎn)工作。

12,、3月_日人民路小溪橋大橋橋面出現(xiàn)下沉跡象,，立即上報(bào)并實(shí)行臨時(shí)封閉式交通管制、24小時(shí)觀察值守,。3月_日橋梁觀測(cè)時(shí),，發(fā)現(xiàn)人民南路小溪橋靠乾州方向35米跨段拱頂部位橋面下沉明顯，腹拱橫墻底部有新增加縱向貫通裂縫安全隱患嚴(yán)重,，立刻上報(bào)單位領(lǐng)導(dǎo)及主管局,，禁止行人、車輛通行,，附近用彩旗拉設(shè)警戒線,，劃定安全隔離區(qū)，實(shí)行全封閉式管理,，3月_日至5月_日定人對(duì)該橋梁進(jìn)行24小時(shí)日夜值守,、巡視、觀測(cè)危橋,。20__年城市道路,、橋梁、城市排水及其附屬設(shè)施沒(méi)有發(fā)生安全生產(chǎn)職責(zé)事故,。

13,、加大力宣傳度。促進(jìn)市政管理,，樹(shù)立市政形象,，寫有關(guān)道路、橋梁巡查管理工作的《市政簡(jiǎn)報(bào)》,，向團(tuán)結(jié)報(bào)投稿,，向電視媒體介紹市政工作并理解采訪等形式來(lái)來(lái)宣傳市政。

14,、對(duì)管護(hù)范圍內(nèi)的道路路況進(jìn)行全面摸底,，按照我市道路的等級(jí)、數(shù)量,、破損程度及養(yǎng)護(hù)和維修的定額,，核定養(yǎng)護(hù)、維修經(jīng)費(fèi),，上報(bào)技術(shù)組便于做好20__年城市道路及市政附屬設(shè)施維修,、養(yǎng)護(hù)方案,。
