不建議應(yīng)屆生寫自我評價,寫的不好反而適得其反,;有幾年工作經(jīng)驗的人可以考慮寫,,但是原則上是要寫能與應(yīng)聘職位建立聯(lián)系的內(nèi)容。

發(fā)簡歷給hr要注意:

簡歷文檔不要簡單地以“簡歷”或者“cv”命名,,至少要用職位,,姓名和聯(lián)系方式命名;

注意郵件主題,,如果招聘信息里沒有要求,,一般是:應(yīng)聘xx職位 xx大學(xué) 姓名 聯(lián)系方式;

簡歷內(nèi)容復(fù)制到郵件中,,另附上附件,;

找工作期間電話要保持暢通,如果漏了陌生電話及時回過去,,很可能是hr或獵頭的電話,;郵件要及時回復(fù)。
