幸好我們的定單打出來都會(huì)先交到主管那里審核，再交給總經(jīng)理,，然后才會(huì)發(fā)出去,。最開始學(xué)的時(shí)候，我一天才能打三份定單,，而且全是錯(cuò)。所以,，光學(xué)習(xí)這個(gè)貿(mào)易系統(tǒng),，做到能獨(dú)立做，我花了一個(gè)多月的時(shí)間,。后來的定單就不用交給主管審核了,，直接發(fā)到工廠。有一次我的定單數(shù)量有錯(cuò),，讓老板白白做了4000多美金的庫存,。然后就是被請到總經(jīng)理室，一頓教育。

學(xué)會(huì)了很多東西,，整個(gè)國際貿(mào)易流程,，業(yè)務(wù)和財(cái)務(wù)，船務(wù),，商品之間的關(guān)系,。每張定單做結(jié)算，寄送樣品,，接到定單通知船務(wù)定倉,，等等。都是很煩瑣又細(xì)致的事情,。我們的郵箱每天都會(huì)有好幾百封郵件,，所以，其實(shí)我們大部分的時(shí)間也就是在處理那些郵件,，不停的收發(fā),，回復(fù)。辦公室的電話每天也都是在一刻不停的在響,。
