一,、調(diào)查了解:
我跑遍了--江街道的大街小巷60多家企業(yè),進(jìn)行調(diào)查了解,。該產(chǎn)品的零售價(jià)定在15到18元之間,,而在分析家鄉(xiāng)(建德)的消費(fèi)實(shí)力與整個(gè)飲料行業(yè)以后,我認(rèn)為該價(jià)格超出了當(dāng)?shù)氐南M(fèi)水平,,同時(shí)又因?yàn)槭切庐a(chǎn)品,,所以從市場前景來看,該產(chǎn)品上市可能面臨較大挑戰(zhàn),。我的目標(biāo)店面是街頭排檔,,因?yàn)榇笮途频甑木扑?yīng)是由專門的供應(yīng)商提供,拒絕其他渠道,。相比之下,,排檔的人流量較大,基數(shù)較多,使迅速建立口碑成為可能,。所以街頭排檔就成為我的首選,。
二、銷售鋪貨:
在調(diào)查了解的基礎(chǔ)上,,對(duì)22家商家店面鋪貨,,每家商鋪均為30瓶(共計(jì)30ⅹ22=660瓶)。然而許多商家對(duì)于價(jià)格是15還是18并不存在很大的顧慮,,他們更關(guān)心的是產(chǎn)品的信譽(yù)與知名度,。仔細(xì)分析一下,一群顧客愿意消費(fèi)3000多元買

三,、信息反饋:
在反饋過程中我所收獲的信息確實(shí)巨大的。在22家店鋪有8家企業(yè)有銷售,,共計(jì)19瓶,其中最多的一家“豪城美食”銷售8瓶,。但是這些店家給我的建議是:飲料行業(yè)近幾年來已經(jīng)達(dá)到了成熟期,,大大小小的飲料品牌層出不窮,那些活下來的品牌之所以能生存,,靠的就是獨(dú)特的品牌影響力,。
總之,通過這次鋪貨(推銷)的經(jīng)歷,,顛覆了我推銷產(chǎn)品很簡單的觀念,,因而我有了很多的感悟。一是產(chǎn)品的第一顧客是自己,。作為一個(gè)推銷人員,,我在向別人推銷產(chǎn)品之前,對(duì)自己產(chǎn)品的特性要有詳細(xì)的理解,。二是一定要有自信,。要相信自己的能力,即使在被拒絕的時(shí)候也不要失望,。三是主動(dòng)才是積極,,相信只有主動(dòng)出擊的人,才會(huì)有成功的機(jī)會(huì)。四是推銷過程中要保持微笑,,學(xué)會(huì)傾聽,。在推銷過程中保持微笑可以拉近二者的距離。
