（二）參賽選手有1分鐘的思考時間,，隨后進(jìn)行一個2分鐘的現(xiàn)場抽題即興演講，選手將在上臺前5分鐘得到即興演講題目,。評委根據(jù)選手表現(xiàn)提問,，根據(jù)選手綜合能力進(jìn)行打分。

關(guān)于舉辦第三屆大學(xué)生英語朗誦比賽的通知

教學(xué)系：

為調(diào)動廣大學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)英語的積極性，提高我校的大學(xué)英語教學(xué)質(zhì)量,，加強(qiáng)我校的學(xué)風(fēng)建設(shè),，營造積極、向上的校園文化氛圍,，配合全國大學(xué)英語教學(xué)的改革,，決定舉行第三屆大學(xué)生英語朗誦比賽。現(xiàn)將有關(guān)事項(xiàng)通知如下：

一,、競賽目的為了調(diào)動廣大學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)英語的積極性,，提高大學(xué)生英語聽、說方面的實(shí)際運(yùn)用能力,，有力地配合專業(yè)學(xué)習(xí),，增強(qiáng)學(xué)生掌握和運(yùn)用所學(xué)知識的能力，從而提高學(xué)生在社會上的競爭力,。

二,、組織工作

學(xué)校成立鄖陽師專第三屆大學(xué)生英語朗誦比賽組委會，負(fù)責(zé)比賽的總體安排,。

三,、參賽對象

2012和2013級全體在校非英語專業(yè)學(xué)生

四,、比賽形式

本次大賽共分為初賽、復(fù)賽和決賽三個環(huán)節(jié),。個人在班上報(bào)名,，在大學(xué)英語教師的主持下各班進(jìn)行初賽，每班級通過初賽分別挑選1到2名選手參加復(fù)賽,；復(fù)賽勝出的20名選手參加決賽,。初賽要求于11月25日前統(tǒng)一全面結(jié)束，各英語老師務(wù)必于11月26日提交進(jìn)入復(fù)賽選手的名單,。

五,、比賽活動具體內(nèi)容(一)比賽內(nèi)容：

選手自由選擇一篇英文文章進(jìn)行脫稿朗誦，時間不超過四分鐘,。(二)比賽流程

1,、選手在比賽過程中如果超時會得到的提示，3分鐘時工作人員會舉起停止牌，停止牌放下,，表明選手超時,，主持人終止選手朗誦。決賽時,，選手朗誦完后,，回答評委老師提出的問題。

2,、出場順序：由選手賽前抽簽決定出場順序,。

3、注意事項(xiàng)：

1)必須控制好時間,，限時環(huán)節(jié)以秒表計(jì)算嚴(yán)格執(zhí)行,，以確保比賽順利完成。2)統(tǒng)計(jì)分?jǐn)?shù)的工作人員必須認(rèn)真,、細(xì)致,，確保計(jì)分準(zhǔn)確無誤。

（三）評分標(biāo)準(zhǔn)：

比賽根據(jù)5大標(biāo)準(zhǔn)為依據(jù)評分：

1,、朗誦內(nèi)容和形式(30分),；

2、英語語言水平(語音語調(diào),、斷句,、音調(diào)的起伏、音色的純度,、重音,、重讀)(30分)；

3,、語言風(fēng)格和技巧/表達(dá)和準(zhǔn)確度(20分),；

4、綜合效果/節(jié)奏控制和觀眾反映（10分）,；

5,、回答問題（10分）。

（四）決賽評分框架 1．參賽選手的總分將會去掉一個最高分和一個最低分,，取余下分?jǐn)?shù)的平均值,，分?jǐn)?shù)精確至小數(shù)點(diǎn)后兩位。前兩名選手比賽完之后一起打分,。2．比賽中如出現(xiàn)重分,，由主審評委決定名次。3．評委在每個單元比賽結(jié)束后打分,，由記分員統(tǒng)計(jì)，并由主持人在下個選手結(jié)束比賽后報(bào)前一個選手的分?jǐn)?shù)。

本次比賽設(shè)特等獎一名、一等獎二名,、二等獎四名,、三等獎六名、優(yōu)秀獎七名,，由 教務(wù)處頒發(fā)獲獎證書和獎品,。
