一,、工作總結(jié)：

從開始連效果圖都做不好到現(xiàn)在能自己套程序,，雖然自己也付出了努力，但是更離不開同事們的幫助,。在這三個月里,，我學(xué)習(xí)了制作網(wǎng)頁的基礎(chǔ)知識。從配色到布局,，從制作效果圖再到切片,，再到用dw制作網(wǎng)頁，最后套程序,。每一個環(huán)節(jié)我都沒有松懈,，不管是在公司還是回到家里，我都會充分利用時間來學(xué)習(xí),，補充自己貧瘠的知識,。雖然現(xiàn)在的水平還遠(yuǎn)遠(yuǎn)不夠，但是捫心自問,，我在遠(yuǎn)洋的每一天都是充實的,，沒有虛度,，我相信在新的一年里，通過自己的努力和同事們的幫助,，我會學(xué)到更多的東西,，不管是在技術(shù)水平上還是其他方面，都更上一層樓,。

二,、工作中的不足：

雖然通過三個月的努力，技術(shù)水平有所提高,，但是還是存在很多不足的地方,，因為基礎(chǔ)打的不夠好，很多地方學(xué)習(xí)起來有些吃力,，不停的問同事,，也給別人帶來了不少麻煩，因為知識的不足,，使得開始的學(xué)習(xí)有些混亂,，感覺不知道從哪里開始學(xué)起，無從下手,，浪費了不少時間,。

三、新一年的目標(biāo)：

通過理論學(xué)習(xí)和日常工作積累使我對公司有了較為深刻的認(rèn)識,。記得初到公司時,，交到我手里的第一份工作就是一張企業(yè)賀卡的修改，然而說來慚愧是,，因為對于對方企業(yè)整體形象包裝的不熟悉,，導(dǎo)致這張小小的賀卡修改任務(wù)就讓我在公司的第一天工作從下午5：00左右持續(xù)到深夜12：00以后，反復(fù)的修改和漫長的等待客戶的回復(fù)對我來說,，既新鮮也處處存在挑戰(zhàn),。不懂就學(xué)，是一切進(jìn)步取得的前提和基礎(chǔ),。

(2)參與相關(guān)廣告創(chuàng)意的討論,。

(3)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)交辦的其他工作。
