目前,，國內(nèi)外開設(shè)了許多特長培訓(xùn)班,，但這些班級幾乎都是一些在校外開辦的私立班級，沒有把特長學(xué)習(xí)和學(xué)校里的書面學(xué)習(xí)有機(jī)結(jié)合起來,，無法實(shí)現(xiàn)小學(xué)生真正意義上的德,、智、體,、美,、勞全面發(fā)展。學(xué)校里有特長的教師很少,，而且具有的特長比較單一,，或者大多數(shù)有特長的教師只注重按時授予關(guān)于特長的基礎(chǔ)知識，不能充分利用課堂資源來發(fā)現(xiàn)和激發(fā)小學(xué)生的興趣愛好,，導(dǎo)致一些小學(xué)生對特長所具有的天賦被抹殺,，或者一些小學(xué)生的家長不了解自己孩子的興趣愛好，盲目地把家長自己的意愿強(qiáng)加給孩子,，讓他們?nèi)W(xué)習(xí)自己并不感興趣的東西,，不利于學(xué)生的健康成長。

主要的研究內(nèi)容有：

1、從教學(xué)過程中發(fā)現(xiàn)小學(xué)生的興趣愛好,。

３,、為什么特長學(xué)習(xí)會有利于其他學(xué)習(xí)：

a、特長學(xué)習(xí)磨練人的意志,，讓學(xué)生養(yǎng)成做事不半途而廢的良好習(xí)慣,。
