我現(xiàn)教六年級(jí)一個(gè)班的英語(yǔ),在學(xué)習(xí)方面:特優(yōu)的學(xué)生較少,,水平中等居多,,差生非常的差。在管理方面,,經(jīng)常有不按時(shí)完成任務(wù)的學(xué)生,,督促他們是一件非常頭疼的問(wèn)題。復(fù)習(xí)的時(shí)間段正直春夏交際,,學(xué)生疲憊,,懶散,抵抗的情緒較多,。有幾個(gè)基礎(chǔ)實(shí)在太差,,對(duì)英語(yǔ)不感興趣,字跡潦草,。
二,、學(xué)生管理
(一)學(xué)習(xí)管理方面
1,、加強(qiáng)課堂管理,提高40分鐘課堂效率,。不讓復(fù)習(xí)課變得枯燥乏味,,設(shè)計(jì)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)活動(dòng),讓課堂動(dòng)起來(lái),。
2,、對(duì)學(xué)生進(jìn)行分層管理,培養(yǎng)特優(yōu)生,,除了課堂還要針對(duì)性的布置一些課外輔導(dǎo),,引導(dǎo)他們自學(xué),解答疑難問(wèn)題,,讓他們有更高層次的發(fā)展,。

1,、現(xiàn)在六年級(jí)的學(xué)生12歲,進(jìn)入青春期,、叛逆期,,思想較為復(fù)雜,還有些學(xué)生后半期容易產(chǎn)生厭學(xué)情緒,,正確進(jìn)行思想開(kāi)導(dǎo),,把心思集中到學(xué)習(xí)上來(lái),認(rèn)識(shí)到升學(xué)考試的重要性,。改變懶散的態(tài)度,。
2、除了學(xué)習(xí)的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)之外,,也是心理素質(zhì)的考驗(yàn),,前半段時(shí)間應(yīng)鼓勵(lì)學(xué)生提高競(jìng)爭(zhēng)意識(shí),后半段應(yīng)消除緊張情緒,,讓學(xué)生以良好的心態(tài)參加考試,。

單詞是學(xué)習(xí)英語(yǔ)的基礎(chǔ),,針對(duì)目前學(xué)生中存在的基礎(chǔ)差,,習(xí)慣差的現(xiàn)狀,我準(zhǔn)備從不同角度,,用不同方法幫助學(xué)生復(fù)習(xí)單詞,。先復(fù)習(xí)六年級(jí)上下冊(cè),再?gòu)?fù)習(xí)五年級(jí)上下冊(cè),,最后三四年級(jí),。
1、按詞性歸類復(fù)習(xí)單詞,。
2,、按所含元音字母及字母組合歸類復(fù)習(xí)單詞。
3,、按詞匯表復(fù)習(xí)單詞,。
(備注:四會(huì)單詞、詞組先集中復(fù)習(xí),,在分散在后面的每一節(jié)課中進(jìn)行聽(tīng)寫反饋)
4,、過(guò)好詞組關(guān)。
將詞組分類復(fù)習(xí):分為動(dòng)詞詞組,,介詞詞組,,名詞詞組,過(guò)去式詞組,,進(jìn)行練習(xí)和分類聽(tīng)寫。

(4)歸納每課的重點(diǎn)句子,,試卷上出現(xiàn)的重點(diǎn)詞組,,抄在本子上,每天讀幾次,,并仿寫,,有目的的讓學(xué)生通過(guò)多讀來(lái)熟悉。為了增加趣味性,,也可以讓學(xué)生兩人一組進(jìn)行速記,,誰(shuí)表現(xiàn)得最好,就給誰(shuí)適當(dāng)?shù)莫?jiǎng)勵(lì),,等等,。
