我相信每個(gè)人在日常生活中都有過這樣的經(jīng)歷:

下個(gè)星期的月考前,,英語(yǔ)單詞還沒有背下來,但仍然不能打開英語(yǔ)書背誦單詞,,總覺得“還有一個(gè)星期”,時(shí)間還早,;看到古漢字的意思還沒有被記住,,明明手上什么也沒有,,寧愿翻開小說看幾眼,或者拿起手機(jī)玩一會(huì)兒游戲,,也不愿翻開課本,總是拖到最后幾天,,甚至最后一天才打開書,,嘴里說“太晚了太晚了”,同時(shí)后悔為什么不提前復(fù)習(xí),??荚嚱Y(jié)束后,,痛下決心,下次考試一定要好好復(fù)習(xí),,然后下一次再次被拖延癥耽誤。

我對(duì)這類事情有很深的經(jīng)驗(yàn),。例如,,在這次演講中,,半個(gè)月前,我開始想說些什么,,但總覺得這周是男生講,,還有一個(gè)周末可以準(zhǔn)備,,沒關(guān)系,,即使這周是女生講,也不一定輪到自己,,就這樣一直被窩拖延,直到昨天才急急忙忙準(zhǔn)備,,這真是一次非常深刻的教訓(xùn)啊,。

我們都知道拖延的后果有多嚴(yán)重,,那么解決辦法是什么呢?正如心理學(xué)家尼爾·菲奧里在一本書中描述的那樣,,克服拖延癥的一種方法是“逆向日程表”。簡(jiǎn)單的說,,就是最終完成任務(wù)的那個(gè)日期算起,,往前推,到哪一天該完成哪一階段,,一直推到當(dāng)下,,這樣你就不會(huì)失去緊迫感,。同樣地,當(dāng)一項(xiàng)巨大的任務(wù)被分解成更小的部分時(shí),,它似乎更容易,,對(duì)困難的恐懼感也會(huì)減輕,。

另一種方法叫做番茄工作法,它來自番茄計(jì)時(shí)器,,它每30分鐘報(bào)時(shí)一次,,參與者有30分鐘的休息和工作時(shí)間,,每30分鐘被稱為“番茄時(shí)間”。經(jīng)過多次實(shí)驗(yàn),,人們發(fā)現(xiàn)25分鐘的工作和5分鐘的休息更合理和可接受,,它還能讓你集中精力工作,而不會(huì)被誘惑分心,。
