1. 文體介紹
報盤(offer),,也叫報價,是賣方主動向買方提供商品信息,,或者是對詢盤的答復(fù),,是賣方根據(jù)賣方的來信,向買方報盤,,其內(nèi)容可包括商品名稱,、規(guī)格、數(shù)量,、包裝條件,、價格、付款方式和交貨期限等,。報盤有兩種:
虛盤(non-firm offers), 即無約束力的報盤,。一般情況下,多數(shù)報盤均為虛盤,,虛盤不規(guī)定報盤的.有效日期,,并且附有保留條件,如:the offer is subject to our final confirmation/prior sale. 該報盤已我方最后確認(rèn)為準(zhǔn)/是否事先售出為準(zhǔn),。

很感謝鄧經(jīng)理在最初應(yīng)聘的時候,相信并選擇我作為**篷房外貿(mào)業(yè)務(wù)人員當(dāng)中的一員,,同時盡心地安排小組組長小平一直以來監(jiān)督和教導(dǎo)我的外貿(mào)之路,。同樣也很感謝在取得成績時的點播,在沒有成績時的鼓勵,。
很感謝我的小組組長小平和其他同事,,不論是在生活當(dāng)中還是在工作當(dāng)中,都給與了我很多實實在在的幫助和指導(dǎo),。讓我能一步一步積累更多的經(jīng)驗,,增長自己的見識。
同時也很感謝自己在20xx年最初的時候,,有勇氣去換一個行業(yè),,勇敢地選擇了篷房行業(yè),并堅持了下來,。那時候?qū)镜牧私獠⒉欢?,對行業(yè)未來的前景也沒有清晰的認(rèn)識,但感謝自己愿意嘗試并且沒有半途而廢,。

剛開始的時候,沒想過要快速的就拿單,,畢竟那很不現(xiàn)實,,對產(chǎn)品對外貿(mào)一竅不通沒有任何實際經(jīng)驗就想出成績簡直就是一種空想。
那時每天上班的時候,,我會給自己列好工作日程,,確定緊急重要順序,忙完這些規(guī)定的事項后,,我會抽出一部分時間提前學(xué)習(xí)一些外貿(mào)知識,,包括業(yè)務(wù)以及回復(fù)郵件方面。
記得剛開始回郵件的時候,,我的心情是小心翼翼的,,很怕犯錯,可能與我的完美主義個性有些關(guān)系,。所以一封郵件都要思考半天,,不管是回郵件的內(nèi)容還是表達方式,。一句話,,不敢下手,。后來幸虧在福步等外貿(mào)論壇里面,學(xué)習(xí)了很多回復(fù)郵件和處理詢盤的知識,,再加上不斷更新產(chǎn)品之后,,詢盤多了,鍛煉的機會就多了,,也就形成了自己的處理詢盤的思路,。
第一個單拿的是幸運,那時候剛出了一次意外,,在養(yǎng)傷過程中,,接下了第一個單。也是這個單,,給了我很多勇氣,。讓我相信努力會有收獲。
過了試用期之后,,之前那種激情和熱情就慢慢的消失跆盡了,,我需要我的信仰來支持我。

我從來不相信,有誰可以隨隨便便的成功,,畢竟不是所有人也不是每次都有那樣的好運氣,。
堅持我現(xiàn)在的行業(yè),在我不斷地填充自己的過程中,,我唯一能做的就是等待了,。
客人不是一下就有的,詢盤不是一下子就都到你的郵箱里的,,價格不是每次都是你的讓客人滿意,,不是每個客人都注重質(zhì)量和服務(wù)的。那唯一能做的,,就是不斷地行動以及耐心等待結(jié)果,。
在過了試用期很長一段時間里詢盤不是很多,我找了很多事情做,,集中之一就包括增加產(chǎn)品曝光帶來詢盤,,那么首先得熟悉產(chǎn)品。熟悉產(chǎn)品,,不僅是了解自己的產(chǎn)品,,也包括同行的產(chǎn)品,,而我重點放在國外同行也可以說是潛在客戶的身上,。
其實,,做外貿(mào)也是一種心態(tài)的轉(zhuǎn)變,,之前我是個急性子,很多事情希望能夠以最快最有效率的方式解決,,所以往往給人浮躁的感覺,。慢慢的現(xiàn)在性子稍微穩(wěn)下來點,因為有些事情,,不是你急著完成結(jié)果就能如你愿,,例如,你希望客人盡快下單,。
10月份的時候曾打算請假休息一段時間,,但最終放棄了這個打算,那時候的事情,,讓我認(rèn)清了自己的處境,,女兒也應(yīng)當(dāng)自立自強。所以當(dāng)靜下心來,,再次投入到工作當(dāng)中的時候,,自己有種突然覺悟的感覺。后來再處理詢盤和郵件的時候,,竟是反應(yīng)快了很多,,思路也明朗了很多。我想這是因禍得福吧,。
yusuf是我今年最大的一個客戶,,期間一直沒有斷過聯(lián)系,其實我們很少談工作,,每次寒暄一下,,問候一下。我后來想想為什么他遲遲沒有打款,,可能他也在花時間考驗我和我們公司,。就像我在懷疑他是騙子一樣。我一直記得一個外貿(mào)前輩說,,你得經(jīng)常在你客戶的面前飄過,。我想我就是這樣一直在他面前飄來飄去沒有太強的目的性,讓他產(chǎn)生了信賴,。他的訂單,,就是對我耐性的考驗和服務(wù)的認(rèn)可。后來的接待工作,,讓我對自己的口語也自信了不少,,很感謝小平的陪伴和幫忙,,以及之前有機會在她身邊學(xué)習(xí)了很多次。
雖然現(xiàn)在我在外貿(mào)在篷房這個行業(yè)還是半個內(nèi)行人,,身上也有很多的不足,,但是我相信,,時間能夠證明一切,,我相信只要用心學(xué)習(xí),踏踏實實的,,就一定會有更大的成績,。
